ALSO REQUIRED Please make sure to bring all required forms, that can be purchased in the Civil Department (cost is $5.00) or you may download the Coversheet and print forms from http://www.courts.ca.gov/forms.htm and bring the forms with you to the Workshop. Please do not fill out the forms in the packet these forms will be filled out during the workshop.
